In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act Relative to the Town of Carver..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  In the town of Carver any shed or outbuilding of 120 square feet or less shall be exempt from real estate taxes under chapter 50 of the General Laws.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
