An Act Relative to Recreation Officers Within the Department of Correction..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, members of bargaining unit 4 within the Department of Correction classified as Recreation Officers shall be reclassified into the titles of Correctional Officers upon the effective date of this act.
