An Act Order (filed by Speaker Deleo and Minority Leader Jones) relative to the consideration of consolidated amendments by the House..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That, the Rules of the House be amended by inserting after Rule 33A, the following new rule:

“33E. No consolidated amendment offered by the committee on ways and means shall be considered by the House until the expiration of at least thirty minutes after the consolidated amendment shall have been first filed with the Clerk and made available to the members. This rule shall not be suspended unless by unanimous consent of the members present.”
