In the Year Two Thousand Ten

An Act validating the actions taken at a special town meeting of the town of Lynnfield..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Lynnfield at its May 18, 2009 special town meeting and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed, in all respects to the same extent as if the meeting had been called and held in full compliance with the town charter and any other laws.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
