An Act Relative to Designating a Certain Motor Vehicle Plate Assignment..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the registrar of motor vehicles shall issue to Bruce P. Michaud of the city of Salem registration plate “Bus 1”; provided, however, that said registration plate may be used on a vehicle other than a motor bus or other motor vehicle used for carrying passengers for hire; and provided further that Bruce P. Michaud shall pay any registration fee or renewal fee required for the plate.
