An Act updating medical examiner law..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 4A of chapter 38 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 6 and 7, the words “the state police laboratory” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- a forensic toxicology laboratory.
