An Act Relative to Apprentice Training..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 11H of chapter 23, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition,  is hereby amended by inserting after the word “instruction” ,in line 12, the following words:- , which shall be monitored by a proctor, and.

SECTION 2.  Said section l1H of said chapter 23, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “training” ,in line 20, the following words:- monitored by a proctor.

SECTION 3. Section 11I of said chapter 23, so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 8, the words “during” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , which shall be monitored by a proctor, during.

SECTION 4. Section 11K of said chapter 23, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line l9, the words “in” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- , which shall be monitored by a proctor, in.
