An Act validating certain nomination papers filed in the town of Millville for the 2010 Annual Election.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Nomination papers for town officers submitted to the board of registrars in the town of Millville on or before the eighteenth day of February in the current year shall be valid, notwithstanding any failure to comply with section 7 of chapter 53 and section 4 of chapter 50 of the General Laws, which require that all such nomination papers shall be submitted to the registrars on or before 5:00 p.m. of the fourteenth day preceeding the day on which it must be filed with the town clerk, or any other applicable general or special law. 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
