An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Health Care Financing to make an investigation and study of certain House documents concerning health care..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, the committee on Health Care Financing be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 2119, 2175, 2178, 2185, 2241, 2350, 2400, 2484, 2517, 3559, 3584, 3585, 3597, 3887, 3923, 4091, 4138, 4199, 4451, 4481, 4499, 4533, 4534, 4590, 4594, 4605 relative to health care.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before December 31, 2010.
