In the Year Two Thousand Ten

An Act PROVIDING THAT THE HONOR ROLL ERECTED ON THE USS MASSACHUSETTS TO HONOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS FROM THE COMMONWEALTH WHO DIED IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY DURING WORLD WAR II SHALL ALSO INCLUDE A SECTION HONORING THE CITIZENS OF THE COMMONWEALTH WHO DIED IN THE AFGHANISTAN (OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM AND THE THIRD PERSIAN GULF WAR (OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM)..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 124A of Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after paragraph two thereof the following:-

Said honor roll shall have a separate section in memory of those

Members of the United States from the Commonwealth who died

In the service of their country during the Afghanistan War

(Enduring Freedom) and the Third Persian Gulf War

“Operation Iraqi Freedom”
