An Act authorizing the town of Westford, acting by and through its conservation commission, to lease a certain parcel of land for camp purposes..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary and pursuant to the provisions of Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Town of Westford, acting by and through its Conservation Commission, is hereby authorized to lease, license or rent use of facilities at the East Boston Camps Property on Depot Street and Nutting Road, shown on Town Assessors’ MAP 31 as Parcel 37, for camp purposes for no more than ten years.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
