An Act Order relative to authorizing the Senate committee on Post Audit and Oversight, the House committee on Post Audit and Oversight and the joint committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture to sit jointly and hold hearings on the rupture of the MetroWest Water Supply Tunnel..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The committees on Rules of the two branches, acting concurrently, reports, under the provisions of House Rules 7B and 7C, that the accompanying order  to authorizing the Senate committee on Post Audit and Oversight, the House committee on Post Audit and Oversight and the joint committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture to sit jointly and hold hearings on the rupture of the MetroWest Water Supply Tunnel,  ought to be adopted.
