An Act authorizing the town of Lee to grant retirement benefits to Stanley Daoust..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 32 or any other general or special law, or rule or regulation to the contrary, the town of Lee may award retirement benefits to Stanley Daoust, an employee of the department of public works and may deem Mr. Daoust to have attained the age or years of service necessary to qualify for such retirement benefits, regardless of actual age or years of service.
