An Act capping the bond amount paid by gasoline distributors, unclassified importers and unclassified exporters..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The first paragraph of section 66 of chapter 62C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:- and; provided further that the amount of such bond required from a distributor, unclassified importer and unclassified exporter under chapter 64A shall not exceed $1,000,000.
