An Act providing certain health insurance for Richard D. Valcourt..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Worcester Regional Retirement System shall provide that Richard D. Valcourt, a retiree of said system, be eligible group insurance commission benefits.
