An Act RELATIVE TO THE BOARD OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINERS..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 32 of chapter 13 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 4 after the words “ ex officiis, and “  by striking out the word “eight” and inserting in place thereof the following:— 12

SECTION 2.  Section 32 of chapter 13, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 12 after the word “electrician;” by striking out the word “one” and inserting in place thereof the following:—5

SECTION 3. Section 32 of chapter 13, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 19 by inserting- after the word ”purposes” the following:— and who at the time of appointment shall be a member or an employee of a member of a trade union or a party, or an employee of a party, to a contract with a trade union
