An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies to make an investigation and study of certain House documents.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That, the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents number 329, 331, 332, 333, 335, 336, 338, 340, 342 and 3802; relative to issues regarding economic development issues.

        Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations. If any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before the last Wednesday of December, 2010.
