An Act An Order relative to comprehensive siting reform for land based wind projects..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered That, notwithstanding the provisions of any rule to the contrary, amendments to the House text (House, No. 4687, as amended) of the Senate, No.  2024 relative to comprehensive siting reform for land based wind projects, shall be filed with the Clerk of the House in electronic format to be determined by the Clerk as directed by the Speaker prior to five o’clock P.M. on Tuesday, July 13, 2010, except for perfecting amendments offered by the Committee on Ways and Means; and provided further, that the Clerk be directed to print a Calendar not containing the text of amendments adopted to said bill.
