Ordered, the committee on Financial Services be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make additional investigation and study of Senate documents numbered 472, 488, 515, 522 and House documents numbered 857, 859, 861, 867, 869, 870, 871, 873, 875, 876, 877, 880, 882, 894, 895, 911, 912, 928, 1015, 1021, 1022, 1029, 1030, 1037, 1054, 1058, 3449 and 3677.
Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before the last Wednesday in December, Two Thousand and Ten.
