An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Elder Affairs to make an investigation and study of certain Senate and House documents concerning elder issues..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, the committee on Elder Affairs be authorized to sit during the recess of the General Court to make additional investigation and study of Senate documents numbered 300, 304, 325 and House documents numbered 538, 539, 540, 546, 547, 3662 and 3663.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study, and its recommendations, if any, together with any draft of legislation necessary to carry out such recommendation into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representative on or before the last Wednesday in December, Two Thousand and Ten.
