An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Education to make an investigation and study of certain House documents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That the Joint Committee on Education be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of house documents numbered 352, 420, 425, 431, 436, 486, 3428, 3435, and 3659 relative to education issues.   

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2010.
