An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Mental Health and Substance Abuse to make an investigation and study of certain House documents concerning mental health and substance abuse issues..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That the Joint Committee on Mental Health and Substance Abuse be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 1927, 1929, 1933, 1939, 1944, 1952, 1953, 1954, 3813 and 3906.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2010.
