An Act An Order relative to authorizing the committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture to make an investigation and study of certain Senate and House documents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ordered, That the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of Senate documents 385, 386, 394, 411, 415, 431, and 441, and House documents numbered 703, 721, 722, 778, 779, 780, 815, 818, 850, 3441, 3442, 3554 and 3808, relative to environmental issues. 

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2010.
