An Act relative to the Charles River Water Quality Commission..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 498 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking “March 1, 2010” and replacing with the following:  “November 1, 2011”.
