In the Year Two Thousand Nine

An Act validating a certain election in the town of Millville..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings of the Town of Millville at its annual town election held on April sixth, two thousand and nine, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed in all respects, notwithstanding any defects or omissions in the execution, publishing or posting of the warrant for, or the calling of, said town election.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
