An Act relative to MassHealth behavioral screening consent..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

> SECTION 1. Section 10F of Chapter 118E of the Massachusetts General

> Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence in

> paragraph two of subsection (a) the following sentence:

> No child shall receive a mental health or behavioral screening test

> without written consent of one of the child's parents or legal  guardians.
