An Act relative to campaign contributions by lobbyists..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 43 of chapter 3 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 5 and 6 the words “all campaign contributions as defined in section one of chapter fifty five”.

SECTION 2.  The last paragraph of said section 43 of said chapter 3, as so appearing is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

No executive or legislative agent shall make a campaign contribution as defined in section 1 of chapter 55
