An Act eliminating political action committee contributions..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 55 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking section 6A and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“Section 6A.  A candidate and such candidate’s committee shall not accept any contributions from a political action committee.”
