An Act RELATIVE TO PROSECUTION FOR FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 178H of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “or” in line 53, and inserting after the word, “information,” in line 53, the following words:- ; or (v) in any county where the offender is located, found, or apprehended.
