An Act relative to the Workforce Training Fund..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 2RR of chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2Section 25 of chapter 175 of the acts of 1998 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, upon the effective date of this act, all funds remaining in the Workforce Training Fund shall be transferred to the Unemployment Trust Fund.
