An Act relative to collective bargaining rights. ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Paragraph (d) of section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following 9 clauses:- (r) section eight of chapter two hundred and eleven B;  (s)  section 71 of chapter 6;  (t)  sections 2 and 8 of chapter 19;  (u)  sections 2 and 8 of chapter 19B;  (v)  section 9 of chapter 22C;  (w)  section 2 of chapter 118G;  (z) section 8 of chapter 23B;  (y)  section 1 of chapter 18A;  (z)  section 1 of chapter 16, the terms of the collective bargaining agreement shall prevail.
