An Act designating a certain structure in the town of Salisbury as the Paul H. Sullivan sun shade deck..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The shade structure at the Salisbury Beach State Reservation located on a spur at an elevated boardwalk, referred to as Parking Lot Access 4, in that town shall be designated and known as the Paul H. Sullivan Sun Shade Deck, in memory of Paul H. Sullivan who was a talk show host for WBZ radio, an editor for the Lowell Sun newspaper, a reporter who covered the Massachusetts State House and an adjunct professor at Middlesex Community College. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
