An Act instituting salt water fishing licenses ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 131, Section 11. shall be amended in the first sentence by adding after the word “inland” the words “or coastal”.
