Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

In compliance with Section 33 of Chapter 30 of the Massachusetts General Laws enclosed herewith are seven legislative proposals of the Inspector General for the 2009 session of the General Court.
