An Act Relative to the Protection of Water Supply  _______________.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody, and Mr. Speliotis of Peabody, hereby amends Section 3 of Chapter 40A in line 18, by inserting the words after wetlands,” water withdrawal, or water resource protection”.  .
