An Act relative to  the Groundwater survey program ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 9b  of Chapter 21  of the General laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 2  after the clause, ending with the word “ institutions” the following clause,  ”areas in which a final survey  would  evaluate impacts of mining operations or serve to make hydro- geological recommendations  for  surface mining closure plans and post mining land use”.
