An Act  Relative to the Department of Environmental Management Duties..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody, and Mr. Speliotis of Peabody, hereby amend section 1 of Chapter 21 of Mass General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition by inserting after the word “development” the words “reclamation of land after surface mining has concluded operations”
