An Act Relative to the Powers and Duties of the Director of the Division of Water Pollution Control    ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Ms. Spiliotis of Peabody, and Mr. Speliotis of Peabody, hereby amends  section 54 of Chapter 21 by inserting after the word” coastal” the words  “and inland “
