An Act relative to surchargeable incidents..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the 18th paragraph the following paragraph:-

   In determining surchargeable incident types, the merit rating board shall establish the minimum amount of damage in the definition of a “Minor Accident” at $1,000.
