An Act relative to the Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 171 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence of section 8 the following sentence:

Except that the Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union, because of its statewide field of membership, may after notice and hearings as the Commissioner may require establish and maintain branch offices.
