An Act including public works employees in group four..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in the description of Group 4 of Paragraph (g) of Subdivision (2) after the words “electrical generating or distribution plan” the words:  “employee of Public Works Department”
