An Act to Clarify the Cost of Transfers.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 3 (8) c of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word actuary in line 1100 the following new words:

“at the time of transfer and with no further liability to the predecessor system.”
