An Act classifying certain licensed practical nurses at the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department in group 4 of the contributory retirement system..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Said Section 3 of Chapter 32 is hereby further amended by inserting in the description of Group 4 in paragraph (g) of subdivision (2) after the words “assistant deputy superintendent” the words:— Licensed Practical Nurses at the Suffolk County Sherriff’s Department who work in the correctional setting.
