An Act allowing volunteer representatives..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5K of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “to provide services” in the first sentence and adding the following:-

“, or an approved representative for persons physically unable to provide such services”
