An Act relative to the practice of cosmetology..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding and law or regulation to the contrary, the Board of Registration of Cosmetology is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate a regulation regarding the presence of pets on salon premises.  Said regulation shall provide that the board may allow such presence on a case by case basis.
