An Act Exempting hand packed ice cream from the meals tax..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (h) of section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after clause (c) the following clause:-

(d)  hand packed ice cream sold in containers of one pint or larger;

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon passage
