An Act to exempt certain annuities from taxation..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subparagraph 4 in paragraph B, the following:- (5) Any annuity payment issued pursuant to Section 6B of Chapter 115 of the General Laws.
