An Act further encouraging the deleading of residential units..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.Subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking, in line 65, the words “one thousand five hundred” and inserting in place thereof, the words: “three thousand”.

SECTION 2.Said subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by striking, in line 75, the words “five hundred” and inserting in place thereof the words: “one thousand”.
