An Act relative to tax credits..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Paragraph (1) of subsection (k) of section 6 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “granted.” in line 306, the following words:-  and including fees for trash removal and other fees assessed by the city or town for delivery of services.
