An Act Relative to the lease of land by the Town of Shirley from the Department of Corrections..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 287 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended in the second sentence of Section 1 by striking the word “passive”.
